1. General Terms

1.1. By accessing and using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
1.2. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate at the time of listing. J.Bovier reserves the right to modify any information on the website without prior notice.

2. Orders and Payments

2.1. Orders must be placed with accurate billing and shipping details.
2.2. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment information.
2.3. J.Bovier reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors in product or pricing information.

3. Shipping Costs and Rules

3.1. Shipping Costs:

  • Malaysia: Free shipping on all orders within Malaysia.
  • International: A flat rate of MYR 200 per order applies for deliveries outside of Malaysia.

3.2. Shipping Rules:

  • We only ship to physical addresses. PO Boxes are not accepted.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and unforeseen circumstances.

3.3. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. J.Bovier is not liable for failed deliveries due to inaccurate information.

4. Warranty

4.1. 2 Years Local Warranty Coverage:

  • Warranty Coverage : – Movement – Battery.
  • You are required to present the warranty card for any repairs and watch care services at our authorised service & repair centre.

4.2. The warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear to the case, glass, buckle, strap or bracelet.

  • Defect arising from damage caused by accident, mishandling, incorrect or abusive use (knocks/crush/moisture in the case of non-water resistant models).

  • Esthetical changes for normal wear and tear due to aging such as but not limited to scratches, alteration of color on case/strap/bracelet, peeling of the plating and/or missing crystal.

  • Broken crown, battery replacement and scratched or cracked case.

  • Theft or loss of the complete timepiece or components.

  • If any alteration or repair not performed by Watatime or its authorized agent.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
5.2. Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.
5.3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of J.Bovier and protected under copyright laws.
6.2. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of website content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
